Everyone, at times, experiences results they don’t want. This, of course, is frustrating, but not ‘destructive.’
Destruction implies regression. Disruption, however, is only a digression. Although it may feel so, all is not lost in the face of failure. The pursuit of success, regardless of outcome, is always better than inaction.
Failure not a waste of time, but a chance to correct trajectory and allow for a completely new path and outcome. A disruption in our current course causes us to shake up old assumptions, reevaluate the situation (and the ‘facts’), request more from ourselves, and test new models and theories. It’s natures way of interrupting stagnation.
For this reason, disruption is a very important part of progression.
